Hallberg Incerto labyrinth mark

We believe better decisions under uncertainty are possible when teams stop pretending they already know. 'Certainty is a story we tell ourselves' is not cynicism — it's permission to look again, weigh differently, and decide with what's actually in front of us. Hallberg Incerto builds small tools and runs short sessions for teams making consequential choices before the facts are finished.

“Certainty is a story we tell ourselves.”
Better decisions begin when we stop pretending we have it — and start working with what we actually know.

What we do

Everything we build is designed to be small, useful, and to admit what it doesn't know. We try to write the way we work: short sentences, real examples, no theatre. The labyrinth on our mark is a reminder: most paths look the same from the entrance.
